It's so good to know there are companies like this still out there. Scott came out the day I requested service, which was a Sunday mind you, and after quoting me a MORE THAN FAIR price for a big service on the phone, he discovered after examining the house that the treatment was not necessary at all and recommended against "wasting my money" on something I didn't need. He did a thorough inspection instead, and I practically had to beg him to let me compensate him for his time and for the written, certified report he was going to give me. Incredible service, incredible people, and I will never need to find another pest control company again. Colwell's has a customer for life!

Scott and Kelly ABSOLUTELY wonderful to work with. Not only are they friendly, curtious and actually care for people, but they are thorough, honest and knowledgeable pest control experts. After speaking with other companies first we immediately asked Colwell to treat our home because the time spent with us and explanations of problems or lack of problems was incredible. It's hard putting trust into a company who determines whether you have a problem or not based solely on their word.

However not in this case, not only did Kelley explain how many times Scott had been so honest with people when they didn't have a problem (after a different company said they did and it was $) but the promptness and customer service was above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, dependable, down to earth company not looking to make a quick buck with fair prices!

Scott Colwell has been exterminating our home for over 11 years. He has always been very professional and knowledgeable. We never had to worry about our quarterly visits because we would receive a call to set up the appointments. Tracy and I appreciated that he was always on time. We knew to leave the door unlocked for him in case we couldn't be home when he came, and always felt confident in him being in our home unattended.

A few years back we had bed bugs in our home and Scott was immediately available to come and access the situation. Scott performed the treatment and inspected thoroughly throughout our entire home to be sure that the bed bugs were gone for good! He gave us printed step-by-step instructions on what we needed to do and even made follow-up calls after spraying "EVERYTHING" in our home to ensure that we were rid of the nasty little things. Through the whole process he was very professional and always made the time for us even with all of the additional questions that we had.

When Scott informed us that he was moving out of our area, we have to say that we were saddened to lose his expertise and professionalism. We would HIGHLY recommend Scott Colwell for any pest control issues. He knows his bugs and will do the job right!

He did awesome. Polite, on time, thorough. Good customer service. Described additional services but was in no way obnoxious with high pressure or pushy with sales. I will definitely call him if any follow up is needed.
